Inceptum is now UMBOSS
We have decided to further focus on our flagship product UMBOSS. We have changed the name of our company from Inceptum to UMBOSS, precisely the same name as our product.
However, we did something else too. We completely spinned off our core UMBOSS product business from Inceptum into UMBOSS and therefore our old-new company is now a brand new entity: UMBOSS d.o.o., headquartered at Radnička cesta 40, Zagreb, Croatia, VAT No. HR96951640317.
We formally completed this transition through a court decision on the 4th of October 2023.
Considering this transformation, we have transferred most of our business
operations, assets, capital, tangible and intangible assets, as well as intellectual
property from Inceptum d.o.o. to UMBOSS d.o.o. This transfer encompasses our ongoing collaborations with all our customers, specifically existing agreements for software solution licensing, implementation, and maintenance & support.

It is important to note that this strategic decision was undertaken with the primary aim of strengthening our ability to provide highly specialized services tailored to meet your specific requirements. This restructuring will not have any adverse impact on our dedication to you as our esteemed clients and partners. On the contrary, we firmly believe that this transition will enable us to channel our resources toward delivering customized solutions and elevating the quality of our services.
We wish to reassure you that any ongoing projects, contractual agreements, and service arrangements will continue without disruption.
Your existing points of contact and the service teams with whom you have been accustomed to working will remain unchanged.
