Locations with all necessary details

Location is described with base parameters such as name, address, and geographic location for use on Google Maps or any other GIS. The location is assigned with a customer, service level type, and contacts. The data can be imported, exported, or synchronized with an external data source.

Contacts at locations

A contact can be assigned to a customer and a number of locations. For each contact, one can pinpoint time periods of availability. The data can be imported, exported, or synchronized with an external data source.

Customer registry

Customers are described by their names, VAT numbers, emails, contact phone numbers, status, segment, and even account manager data. Custom data can be added if needed for your particular case. The data can be imported, exported, or synchronized with an external data source.

Service level objectives for locations

UMBOSS documents the location-specific SLA type described by SLA periods, associated parameters, and priorities.

Settings and field customizations

One can easily define all customer segments, customer statuses, location types, as well as SLA types. The default set of parameters can be extended with custom parameters.
